Ward 3B - Orthopaedics & Surgical Specialties

Ward 3B is an acute ward dealing with orthopaedic, surgical specialties and minor specialties such as gynaecology, ear nose and throat (ENT), and eyes. We have 30 beds and are open 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

We have dedicated staff who are committed to providing high quality care to our patients including resource nurses for all our specialty surgery, health and safety, dysphagia and wound care management.

To create a safe, supportive welcoming environment for all. Our aim is to provide professional care to enable optimum individual patient outcomes. We will respect all members of our healthcare team, patients, families and visitors.

Visiting hours:

Visiting hours are between 2pm to 8pm daily. Visitors are asked not to visit if suffering from an infection and to avoid visiting during dinner time (5-6pm).
