2016 McBroom Estate funding applications - NOW CLOSED

The McBroom Estate allocates funding annually for health and disability needs in the Waverley and Patea communities.  The estate is administered by the Taranaki District Health Board Trust Funds Committee.

Applications are invited for projects or services that will show a benefit in the provision of health and disability needs of the Waverley and Patea communities and are not services that the Government ordinarily funds. 

Advertising that the new annual funding round is open will commence on the 3rd Saturday to the 4th Saturday of February annually and the applications will close on the 3rd Friday of March annually.

Anticipated timeline for processing the 2016 applications

  • Applications close 4pm Friday 18th March
  • Evaluation Panel meets 18th April
  • Advisory paper reviewed by the Taranaki District Health Board Trust Funds Committee 2nd May.
  • Before the end of June all applicants will be notified of the final allocation of funds.
