Work to Commence Soon

Contractors will be working in the area between the Lyn St entrance and the Clinical Skills Lab/Block C at Base Hospital from Monday (19 July).

The work includes relocating a water main, storm water and sewer lines, and installing a new mains power cable.

Caution is required from the Lyn Street entrance through to the Skills Facility/Block C.

The work will affect access to and from the main carpark to Lyn Street. At times some areas will be temporally closed off, to allow machinery to dig trenches and carry out other underground work.

The work is expected to continue over the next 6-8 weeks.
