Older People's Health and Rehabilitation Service (OPHRS)

The Older People's Health and Rehabilitation Service provides inpatient, outpatient, day rehabilitation and community based assessment treatment and rehabilitation for predominantly older people with complex disability and/or age related disorders who are likely to benefit from an interdisciplinary team approach.

Find Us

The Older People's Health and Rehabilitation Outpatient and Intermediate Care Assessment and Treatment Services are located on the ground floor at the south end of the main hospital corridor near the David Street entrance.

Inpatient services are in Ward 1, on the ground floor of the main hospital ward block, near the main Hospital entrance.

Visiting hours:

2pm to 8pm daily. Visitors are asked not to visit if suffering from an infection and to avoid visiting during the tea period, 5-6pm.
